You may recall that during our campaign for co-chair, we mentioned that we wanted Young Greens to engage more with our local communities and the wider movement. As co-chairs, this is why we’re delighted to announce our second community event, which we hope will be the first in a series of community events across England and Wales.
Calling all Young Greens from Cardiff and beyond! We’re delighted to announce that our second community event will be taking place in Cardiff on Saturday October 17th.
Join us for a Wales Young Greens film screening and social, where you’ll have chance to catch up with other Young Greens and get more involved in your local branch.
The event will be held in Cathays Community Centre 36-38 Cathays Terrace, Cardiff CF24 4HX and will be on from 10 AM – 3 PM. The event is free of charge, you don’t have to register, and all ages are welcome, although under 16s must be chaperoned. For those under-18 please fill out this form.
Could you host our next community event?
If you’d be keen to organise something like this where you live, just email [email protected], and we’ll help you get started.
